Simple And Easy Ways To Immigrate To Canada In 2022

Easy ways to Immigrate 2022

The simplest option to immigrate to Canada will be based on your personal circumstances or ties to the country. With Canadian immigration aims at an all-time high, now is the ideal moment to begin your immigration journey.

It’s worth noting that there is no one easy method for immigrating to Canada. While certain programs may be simpler to apply to rather than others, the application process is lengthy and includes several steps.

While immigrating to Canada will need a substantial financial and emotional investment, the outcome is well worth it. Canada usually ranks among the top countries in terms of quality of life and is well-known for its pro-immigration attitude.

In 2022, the following are the four most common options for foreign applicants to come to Canada:

Express Entry

Express Entry is Canada’s most famous and quickest immigration option. Candidates who apply via the Express Entry program may be given official permanent residency six months after submitting their application.

Canada plans to accept roughly 240,000 immigrants over the next three years via three Express Entry programs:

  • FSW (Federal Skilled Worker)
  • Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

Express Entry is a two-step process that begins with submitting an online profile rated by Canada’s Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). To be qualified to submit an Express Entry profile, you should first fulfill the criteria of one of Canada’s three federal programs.

The Canadian government then invites the highest-ranking individuals in the Express Entry pool to enroll for permanent residency.

For selected individuals qualified to submit a profile, the Express Entry procedure is the simplest option to come to Canada. Meeting the CRS cut-off in the federal draw might be challenging. However, simply by being in the pool of applicants, a province may recommend you for permanent residency.

Express Entry normally costs around $2,300 CAD for a single candidate and around $4,500 CAD for a couple. That doesn’t include settlement money, which must also be presented as part of the qualifying criterion, which varies according to family size.

Provincial Nominee Programs

Provinces continued to propose foreign workers for permanent residency in Canada throughout the epidemic. Canada anticipates welcoming 83,500 new immigrants this year by PNPs.

Numerous nomination programs are available via Canada’s 10 provinces and three territories. Every PNP has its own set of qualifying requirements.

Several PNPs require applicants to have a link to the province. However, other programs welcome applicants from outside the province exclusively based on their ability to meet the province’s labor market demands.

Every PNP has its own processing time for applications. After their nomination, PNP applicants must apply to the federal government for permanent residency in Canada.

The processing period for permanent residency applications will vary depending on whether the PNP uses the Express Entry system.

The cost of immigrating to Canada via a PNP is typically the same as Express Entry, with some province-specific expenses. Certain areas, such as Ontario, do not charge a fee for processing PNP applications, while others, such as British Columbia, may charge up to $1,500 CAD.

Business Immigration

If you have management or entrepreneurial skills, the simplest option to come to Canada may be through a provincial or federal business immigration system.

The federal government provides immigration opportunities to those who wish to work for themselves or establish a business in Canada.

Additionally, some PNPs are available to foreign nationals seeking to establish a business in a particular Canadian province.

Usually, business immigration procedures involve a large investment in the business you wish to establish in Canada. The amount needed will vary according to the program you are interested in.

Several PNPs provide regional entrepreneur programs with lower investment criteria for people interested in launching a business in a less populated location.

Sponsorship

Suppose you have an eligible family member who is a permanent resident or a Canadian resident. In that case, family sponsorship will almost certainly be the simplest method for you to come to Canada.

Canada has a variety of immigration policies that allow permanent residents and citizens to take family members into the country. Canada welcomes 105,000 new legal permanent residents via family sponsorship programs this year.

You may be qualified for family sponsorship if your partner, children, or grandchildren is a permanent citizen of Canada.

Normally, it costs around $1,135 CAD to sponsor a family member.  If the sponsor plans to stay in Quebec, additional costs will apply.

The processing period for a sponsorship application will be based on the person who is sponsoring you. It normally takes approximately 12 months.
