The impromptu effect of the holy corona virus has ceased a quantum of business opportunities trudging animosity towards economic growth. To combat these, many of the budding businessmen are shifting their focus to immigration policies, where natural resources are in plenty and the cultural homage is splendid. We are talking of the inevitable and marked favourite, Canada a splendid country in terms of lucid immigration policies and prolific cultural, social, health, educational perspective. The topic of immigration to Canada has been of primary choice among millions of businessmen aspiring to prosper in the lands of maple.

Mission & Vision

Canada is strongly on the lookout for standalone entrepreneurs with the requisite passion, talent, managing capabilities and strength to buy a business in a foreign land of maples. With the inclusion of foreign development, Canada is foreseeing future investments for better growth of the country and boost the economy, phenomenally. The Canada Immigration program has set up several Entrepreneur and Investor Visa options for people to explore for those who want to immigrate to Canada from India.

Visa Programs:

  1. Start-up Visa Programs: The start-up visa program is the standard business immigration program or “investor” to start a business anywhere in the country. However, there are a set of requirements to become eligible:

Start-up Business requirements

1.      Business Requirements Once a designated organization commits to your business:

all applicants (up to 5 people can apply as owners) must each hold at least 10% of the voting rights attached to all outstanding shares of the business; and

together with the designated organization, they must hold more than 50% of the voting rights attached to all outstanding shares of the business.

Once you receive permanent residence, you must make sure that:

you play an active role in the ongoing management of your business while living in Canada;

the essential operations of the business must partly take place in Canada; and

your business is incorporated in Canada.

2.      Letter of Support You must get a letter of support from a designated organization that proves they are willing to invest in and support your start-up. These organizations include:

Venture Capital Firms ($200,000 investment);

Angel Investor Groups ($75,000 investment); and

Business Incubators

3.      Business Language You must score a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark level 5 in speaking, reading, listening and writing in either English or French.
