Parminder holds a Business Management Diploma from New Zealand, following his Bachelor of Commerce from DCRUST, Sonipat Haryana.
He started his career from the roots of the International Student Recruitment. His 11 years of experience and his Business qualification drove him to the Management and Leading roles in the Education Consultancy and Study Overseas, where he worked on himself, his employee’s and the company’s engagement and development.
Further, about his responsibilities, he takes the onus of resourcing or staff recruitment, business processes, product training, ensuring branch performance with exceeding customer service, developing long-term relationships with clients and conducting seminars and webinars with Schools/colleges and institute representatives.

Manreet Kaur
Management Trainee/ In charge IELTS Division

Manreet has got an MBA of Leadership Development in Human Resources from Khalsa College Patiala.
She began her career as an IELTS Trainer and Coordinator and quickly she climbed toward a higher role by taking the charge of an HR Manager in Education and Immigration firm.  With her vast understanding of the IELTS and Study Abroad industry, currently, she is responsible for the overseeing IELTS division along with developing the team with her HR expertise.

Naveen Kumar
Management Trainee

Naveen holds an engineering degree in computer science and worked as a software developer in Infosys and he also worked as a developer in NIIT.
Later on, he joined British Council as an IELTS Administrator and his 4 years of tenure, he developed an enormous knowledge of the IELTS examination and procedure.
Currently, Naveen coordinates with the IELTS division to help students gain an understanding of the IELTS exam and to secure a high score in their IELTS examination.

 

Satvir Kaur
IELTS Instructor

Satvir has got her Master’s in English from Punjabi University Patiala.
She launched her teaching career as a PRT teacher. Soon she started training for spoken English to individuals seeking to move abroad.
Her extensive knowledge of English Grammer and unique teaching method has helped students forming a solid foundation of English language. With her dedication towards providing high-quality English training and her deep understanding of CAN Pathways Digital /Learning Management System, she prepares our students to achieve higher IELTS band and become confident English speakers.

 

Arpana Sharma
IELTS Instructor

Arpana has done Bachelor of Science from Multani Mal Modi College Patiala.
She has worked as an IELTS instructor for more than 2 years and has helped several students and contributed to numerous high-scoring candidates beneath her direction.
She is Skilled in adapting to student’s diverse learning styles and as an IELTS Instructor, she is committed to maintaining high standards of IELTS Training with an emphasis on developing readings and Writing skills in students.
